You may recognise New Zealand producer Jordan Arts from the groove-laden indie pop project LEISURE, which has produced some of our favourite funk fusions, like recent track ‘Money’. Well, the band member also has a solo endeavour as HIGH HØØPS. It’s been a year since the last release via this moniker, but Arts is treating us to ‘Body’ this week. Sultry bass and synths beats set the tone for this mellow mover. Winding rhythms course through the veins of this track, one that oozes physical magnetism. ‘Body’ makes one thing perfectly clear - HIGH HØØPS is a lover, not a fighter. - Hannah Thacker
